What do I do?

Here is some advice:

If you are on Winows, you need to have at least Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8. Also you must have Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera. If you have Mac, you must have at least Mac OS X 10.6, and have Safari, Firefox or Chrome.

If you have the right requirements, and it is still not working, then you don't have the Unity Player. There should be a link for it in the game window, but if there isn't, use this link: http://unity3d.com/webplayer.
